Sixteen of the nineteen contributions to the Alumni Fund came as Memorial gifts in response to the suggestions of Billy Newton, our efficient class agent. The total amount was $471.56. Each contributor received a letter of appreciation from Billy.

Mrs. William P. Kelly died suddenly on October 3 in their summer home at Greensboro, Vt. The long summer there had been full o£ health and happiness for her and all preparations were complete for the trip to St. Petersburg when the summons came. She now lies in a beautiful plot in the St. Johns- bury cemetery. "Biff" will continue to spend the winters in Florida. Surviving are two sons, David and Bill, and their children. Mrs. Kelly was a loyal affiliate of the Class, never missing a reunion.
