Boy, this sure seems like old times. Our secretary picked this week for vacation, and we are going to be late to make the deadline for this issue if we wait for her to get back. So here we are, sitting at the old kitchen table with a glass of suds nearby trying to brush up on the hunt and punch system we used to be pretty efficient at.

Spent last Friday afternoon and Saturday morning in Hanover at the Secretaries' Meeting. Spence Cook and his wife Dorothy were there for the Class Agents' meetings. Cookie is quite optimistic about our Class making that quota for the Twenty-five Year Gift if we all really pitch the next few weeks. The last minute Gus Cummings had to give up the trip to Hanover because unexpected business complications called him to Chicago.

Ros Nichols and his wife Lydia had been in Hanover since Thursday morning giving the final touches to the reunion plans about which you all will have heard before this goes to press. They sound awful good to us, and we hope we see you there.
