A questionnaire is now being sent out under the auspices of the Department of Sociology to a random sample of Dartmouth graduates between the classes of 1924 and 1951, requesting up-to-date information on marriage and family. The data will serve as the basis for a study of the changing family patterns of Dartmouth graduates, and as an index of what changes are now taking place in the marriage and reproduction rates of a segment of our population which is rapidly increasing in size and importance, the college graduates. The results of the study will be published in a future issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
Your cooperation is requested in promptly returning the self-addressed postal cards which will be sent out.
