Lacking any direct news from his classmates your Secretary is glad to have some bits of information about class grandchildren for this column. Remembering John Abbott's athletic prowess as third baseman on the varsity baseball team it is not surprising to learn that his grandson, Dixon Pike was a member of the Yale varsity hockey team this last season. He was captain of the hockey team at Belmont Hill School his senior year.
O'Brien has passed on to the secretary news he had received of Frank Plummer's family. His son Richard, Dartmouth '25, is living in Mexico City where he represents Arthur D. Little, Inc. His oldest son will graduate from Yale in June. Frank's son John is a lawyer in Boston. Daughter Elizabeth, Mrs. Hosmer Norris, lives in Schenectady and has three children. Deborah, Mrs. Robert Hale, whose husband was killed in the war, has two sons. She is a dietitian with the Mueller Macaroni Cos. in New Jersey.
