A combination of George Colton, Executive Director of the Dartmouth Development Council, and the pictures of last season's Princeton game provided excellent fare for the annual father-and-son dinner meeting of the Lowell Club during the Christmas holidays.

Fathers, sons, undergraduates and alumni made up a gathering of nearly fifty. Classes represented ranged from Phil Marden '94 to the group now in its freshman year. George Colton's talk covered a comprehensive review of Dartmouth today and tomorrow, and the commentary on the motion pictures of the Princeton game was extremely well done by Leo McKenna and Jack Reilly of the quarterbacking squad. Presiding officer was John E.Leggat '45, vice president of the Club.

A suggestion made at the dinner quickly took root, with the result that on the evening of Saturday, January 9, fifty Lowell alumni, some with wives, took off by special bus for the Harvard-Dartmouth hockey game at the Lynn sports arena.
