This fall has seen many 1911ers appear on the Dartmouth campus at various times - in fact enough added to those living here to make a small sized reunion. Here's a list of those who were either seen or heard of: the Agrys,Applegates, Sam Aronwitz, the Backuses, JoshClarks, Crookses, Sarg Eatons, Farrells, FredHarrises, Linda Flawkridge, the Wee Kimballs, Matheses, Pooles, Reillys, Seavers, and Sterlings.

Bones Tindall is back in Florida where he is taking over as manager of the Gift Fruit Division of Waverly Growers Co-op.

Warren Agry, vice president of American Homes has been elected chairman of the National Better Business Bureau. Congratulations to Warren and to the Better Business Bureau.

Inez Adams who spent the summer in Texas with her son has returned to her work at Durham, N. H., where her address is Hetzel Hall, University of New Hampshire, Durham, N. H.

A newsy letter from Cora Taylor tells of the sale of her former home in Palo Alto, and that she has a new home at 2320 Byron Street, Palo Alto, Calif. Her mother, who is in her 93rd year, and had a kidney removed last summer, is with her and in remarkably good health.

Brad and Barbara Patten have returned from their summer abroad where Brad did some lecturing and spent much of the summer in research in his favorite field in the Stockholm hospitals.

Our sympathy goes to Ken Knapp whose wife Constance died in August following an illness of over two years.

A card from Ruth Mathes, mailed from London carries this challenge to Dick Chase: "Received cable telling of arrival of the fourteenth grandchild. Tell Dick and Mary Chase to stop having twins." Ruth's latest grandchild is Ruth Eleanor Rohde, Happy's daughter. However, the challenge is useless as the honor now rests with Glen McConnell who can boast of fifteen grandchildren.

Marian Castle has just had her third novelpublished. This is entitled Roxana, publishedby Morrow. She was tendered & reception, ofwhich the following description was given:''Society folks turned out in full force Tuesday to pay tribute to the talents of authorMarian Castle, creator of Roxanathe RockyMountain West's newest heroine." A reviewwriter stated:

"Roxana is first-rate entertainment reading on several counts. It's excellently written and excitingly plotted. It's composed with a star in the eye, as all good romances should be. It has vibrance and youth, a spring in the step and a kiss on the lips. And it is especially first-rate for Colorado readers because of its scene. It's laid in Central City and Leadville, Dillon and Georgetown, along the stage road to Montezuma, in a young growing city of 75,000 souls called Denver and in and out of the Teller House and the Windsor. Mrs. Castle has researched her story well, and it all rings as true as the copper-toed boot of a Welsh miner on the rocks of Black Hawk."

Jinx Morton, although retired from the Ditto Company, has established himself as a consultant to their agency in Chicago where he operates as an expert on systems and procedures utilizing the Ditto duplicating equipment. He is having a wonderful time in his retirement.
