A fine crowd of alumni, wives, and sweethearts turned out to hear Athletic Director Red Rolfe '31 speak at the Philadelphia Association's annual dinner at the Merion Cricket Club, January 26. The program also included the annual business meeting and cocktails.

The following officers were elected: Thomas B. R. Bryant '18, president; Richard B. Tower '43, vice president; Russell C. Dilks '51, secretary; Robert S. March '47, treasurer, for a second term; and Richard W. Lippman '42, to the Executive Board. Joseph C. Mansfield '44, retiring president, becomes an ex officio member of the Executive Board; while Samuel R. Roberts '51 is in the second year of his term. H. Stewart Young 'go was reappointed as local enrollment chairman.

The retiring officers - "Buck" Mansfield, president; Smed Ward '43, vice president; Bill Miller '46, secretary; Vic Smith '17, Executive Board member - deserve our sincere appreciation for their tireless efforts in making 1955 a banner year for the Philadelphia Club. A vote of thanks, also, go to Program Chairman Al Gschwind '52 and elder statesmen and National Enrollment men Jack Heston '28 and Jim Tindle '36.

We were fortunate to have Frank B. Binswanger, Philadelphia realtor and public citiduring the holidays. Over fifty undergraduates, dads, and alumni were present.
