St. Louis

The annual meeting of the club took place on May 9 at the home of Ed Spiegel '42. The following were elected officers for the coming year: Bob Turner '33, president; Fran Worcester '38, vice-president; Bruce Symonds '45, secretary, and Bill Taylor '50, treasurer. We are expecting great things from these gentlemen.

Six applicants for admission from this area have been accepted by the College. On May 15, Jack Merrill '30 entertained these boys at his home. We hope the bulk of them will be at Hanover next fall. Much credit is due Bob Turner and his fellow-workers for a successful recruiting season.

An old-timer, John Thompson '33, formerly of St. Louis but now residing in New York, came to town for a few days, and fraternized with some of his old pals at the home of Marty Kerwin '33 on May 19.
