Toward the end of the summer Larry Doyle '16, mayor of Sea Girt, invited us to his aptly-named borough for a beach partyclambake affair which was a gala event, it was a pleasure to welcome a number of undergraduates and to observe their agility in the surf and their appetites at table when confronted with clams, lobster, corn, chicken, watermelon, etc.

The 90 Dartmouths who attended enjoyed a delicious meal and a wonderful afternoon.

The annual club dinner will be held on Wednesday, December 4, at the Union House in Red Bank. We shall be privileged to hear a speaker from Hanover, and this dinner will be an affair which no one should miss.
