LEWIS MUMFORD has won international acclaim as an author, philosopher, architect, and city planner. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the American Philosophical Society and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Among his many influential books are: Technics and Civilization,The Culture of Cities, Faith for Living, The Conditionof Man, The Roots of Contemporary Architecture, and The Conduct of Life.

THE REV. HENRY PITNEY VAN DUSEN, President of Union Theological Seminary, New York, N. Y., is author of many books, one of the distinguished theologians and preachers of our time, long-time leader and member of various boards and committees of the World Council of Churches and other ecumenical enterprises. Honored by great universities, he received the honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Dartmouth in 1956.

THE HON. CHARLES P. TAFT, Vice-President of the National Council of Churches, and former Mayor of Cincinnati, is a member of the bar of Ohio, and has been active in groups working for better government. Author of books and articles about government and religion, he helped formulate and develop the influential studies of the National Council of Churches concerned with religion and the economic order.

DR. GORDON W. ALLPORT, Professor of Psychology at Harvard University, is widely recognized as a leading contributor to personality theory. Among his many books are Personality, The Individual and His Religion, and The Nature of Prejudice. He has been president of the American Psychological Association, is now a member of the National Committee for UNESCO and director of the National Opinion Research Center.

DR. PHILIP E. JACOB, Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, is author of the recent and widely acclaimed study, Changing Values in College. He is also author of other books and articles, has been secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Friends Service Committee.

THE REV. DAVID A. MacLENNAN. Minister of The Brick Presbyterian Church, Rochester, N. Y., and lecturer in homiletics at Colgate Rochester Divinity School, is author of the recent volume, Making the Most of Your Best as well as numerous other books. His vigorous mind and style have made him widely sought as a preacher, and his books have often been selected by leading book clubs.
