Foreign Study Grants

About 900 Fulbright scholarships for graduate study or pre-doctoral research in 27 different countries will be available for the 1960-61 academic year, and in addition, scholarships for study in Latin America under the Inter-American Cultural Convention are also offered for 1960-61, it has been announced by the Institute of International Education, 1 East 67th Street, New York 21, N. Y. Applications for both will be received until November 1, 1959, by the HE, which administers the programs for the State Department.
