Morris Jones, the man with veins of granite (and also marble), writes from Barre, Vt., "Our oldest boy, Hugh, is sixteen and will be a junior in high school this fall. Last fall he played regular tackle on the football team as a sophomore. This guy is six-one and weighs one hundred and seventy and the second boy, Richard, at thirteen is five-ten and weighs one hundred and seventy-five. I can tell you it is downright embarrassing to have sons that age that are bigger than you are. The third boy, Jonathan, is nine and our daughter," Marcy, is six. They keep us busy." Morris says he usually saw the late Maj. Joe Kinney at Fort Dix summer training. Morris is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Reserve with nineteen years' service.
