The annual meeting of the New York Clearing House was held at the Advertising Club May 3. Dave Donaldson T'46 was elected president and Bob Malin T'50 secretary-treasurer. Members of the Tuck School faculty attending included Messrs. Hill, Davis, Griswold, Foster, Broehl and Drowne.

The Boston Clearing House held its annual meeting on April 6. Harry Gilmore T'35 and Charlie Putnam T'42 were elected manager and secretary-treasurer respectively. Messrs. Hill, Hennessey, Cooper and Drowne attended, representing the Tuck School faculty.

Dean Hill attended the annual meeting of American Association of Collegiate Business Schools in Chicago April 27. He was appointed to the Executive Committee and was co-chairman of a discussion group, the theme of which was "Business and Business Education."

Latest news on Al Frey T'21: president-elect of the American Marketing Association; speaker at one-day seminar of Smaller Business Association of New England; revision of advertising text; and entrance full-time into marketing consulting field. Mr. Griswold attended seminar on central banking at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston April 20-22. Mr. Foster gave seminar in accounting and finance at Institute for Executive Training, Earlham College, Richmond, Indiana, March 18-19. Reprints of Mr. Burger's "How to SEEM to Write as You Talk" continue to be used and most recently will be included in an up-coming third edition of Writing forBusiness, supplementary book of readings for use in college business writing courses, published by Richard D. Irwin, Inc. Mr. Quinn addressed American Management Association Orientation Seminar on Long Range Planning April 11 on "Integrating Scientific Research into Long Range Plans." On April 12 he spoke on "Evaluating Research and Development Output" at McKay-Shields Research and Development Forum.
