The St. Petersburg (Florida) Times, Sunday Edition, recently printed a "Dialogue'' with Joseph Y. Cheney, ex-parole Chief of the Florida Parole Commission. Joe retired last August, but was appointed to the Florida Children's Commission when he went to pay his respects, on retirement, to Governor LeRoy Collins. He, Joe, is now serving as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Children's Commission. John Gardner, veteran Times reporter, conducted the dialogue on parole.
