Dick Dickson '50 and Jon Walton '52 will formulate a program and will promote the affair on the East and Central sides of the city. Dave Pittenger '50 and Jack Holmes '45 will co-ordinate activities on the North and West areas. Jack Scolaro '42 will aid in publicizing Mr. Dickey's visit. Kirk Denier '43 Phil Moon '42, Dick Brown '29, Rem Ryder and Tim Davidow '58 will assist in many other ways. Jim Tracy '36 will co-ordinate activities with alumni in out-state Michigan.

The Dartmouth College Club of Detroit held its annual Christmas luncheon for alumni, undergraduates, and prospects, at the Knife and Fork Restaurant here in Detroit, on Monday, December 19. Over eighty friends of Dartmouth were there to enjoy a fine luncheon and a short talk by Dave Pittenger '50; also, a showing of the new Dartmouth movie. Approximately forty of those in attendance were prospects; that is, youngsters who are definitely considering Dartmouth as the college of their choice. This is the largest turn-out in this respect in a goodly number of years.

On Wednesday evening, December 14, Bob Hage '35 addressed a group of alumni concerning stimulating interest among secondary school youngsters in the Greater Detroit area. Though only a small group was anticipated, 35 turned out, and 15 more, due to business, etc., though unable to attend, were more than willing to help in establishing and continuing a strong program along the lines that Bob Hage suggested.
