The Dartmouth Club of Detroit held its annual fall luncheon for incoming freshmen on Tuesday, September 8, at Yeaman's Restaurant here in Detroit. Fifty alumni, undergraduates, incoming freshmen and dads had a real wingding of a luncheon.
Dave Pittenger '50 made the shortest speech in the Club's history - time, thirty seconds. Bill Coughlin '43 helped with the high financing and, amazingly enough, things seemed to balance at the hour of reckoning.
