Candidate for Enrollment

TO THE EDITOR:

Returning late' from Florida, I find I am just in time for the Alumni Weekend and plan to be there to listen if not participate on the topic of Conservative vs. Liberal on Thursday, June 14. All this is perhaps inspired by reading a letter to the editor from Arthur L. Lord '10 of Newton, Mass.

We of the last generation have much to learn even though we have not neglected our education. Public education is doing much to enlighten the senior citizens of our changing culture "even though we read Time and Life."

Society as never before needs education - religious, psychiatric, and ethical. More power to Dartmouth and may the next big advance be in the field of adult education.

I enclose my request for matriculation.
