The news or its absence. No word from Joe Carney nor from "Buck" Chandler. A card from the Alumni Records Office that John Eckstorm is now with his daughter, Mary G. Mills at 843 West sth St., Marysville, Ohio. Mrs. Carter writes that Charlie is still in a convalescent home. Gleason pens that he is as well as can be expected at his age and regrets he was unable to be with us at our 65th. Littlefield's check for the MAGAZINE came without comment. Perkins' laconic words "thank you, I'm here." Tabor, relaxing from his Fund efforts, hopes to be back next year. Lord and his lady are now at their Florida home.
Letters have been received from the ladies who attended the 65th. From Mrs. Leggett, and two daughters, Mrs. Nathans and Mrs. Dyer; from Ich Crane's daughter, Mrs. Farwell; from Jack Spring's daughters, Mrs. Roy and Elizabeth; from Pat Lucey's daughter, Alice. All these will form part of the class newsletter for the failure of which to write and send your secretary apologizes.
What about '64? Some of us would like to revisit Hanover then. The year belongs to '99. How about suggesting that they be asked if we can help them to a successful reunion by participating therein! As the space in the MAGAZINE is at a premium, if there is no news there will be no '98 column.
