THE Rev. James H. Robinson, founder and executive director of Operation Crossroads Africa, will deliver the Commencement address at Dartmouth College's graduation ceremonies on Sunday, June 16.

An ordained minister of the Presbyterian. Church, Dr. Robinson has pioneered in the field of international understanding at the grass-roots level, especially between North America and Africa. Last summer 292 American and Canadian teachers, physicians, technicians, and students of all races and religions lived and worked in fourteen countries in Eastern, Central and Western Africa under his Operation Crossroads Africa program.

Dr. Robinson next month will address members of the graduating class of the College, the Dartmouth Medical School, the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, and the Thayer School of Engineering, as well as other advanced degree recipients, faculty members, guests and visitors in ceremonies on the Baker Library lawn. This will be the first time in recent years that all degree winners will be included in a single Commencement ceremony. In case of inclement weather the entire ceremony will be moved into the new Nathaniel Leverone Field House.
