The October 11, 12, and 13 party at the Hanover Inn was a great success. Twentyeight gathered for dinners or just to be there in Hanover following the Princeton game. Harvey McClary came the longest distance. Rain on Tuesday drove many home. The Shepards and George Steele gave one cocktail party before dinner. Miss Carey and her staff were tops as usual in their choice of rooms for all. The twenty-eight sent greetings to the secretary who was finishing a cruise on the "Stella Solaris" through the Greek Islands, and returned to Athens to find Marg and Page Worthington '33 at the Grand Bretagne. Page has just retired as president of the Alumni Council, so we held a meeting of former Council members right then and there.
