Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield was the scene of our first dinner meeting of the year, October 6. Professor John Turkevich '28, chairman of the U.S. delegation of university educators sent to the Soviet Union to study . Soviet education, spoke about His impressions of the Soviet Union. A large number of Dartmouth men and their wives or dates were there to enjoy the speech and the fine food and drinks served at the Club.

Coming up on the Tri County Club calendar on March 21 will be an enrollment meeting for all applicants to Dartmouth from our area. We hope that all Dartmouth grads who are interested in working with boys who are good Dartmouth prospects will call Dick Sameth '59, club president at A03-5656.

The Dartmouth Glee Club will hold a concert, March 27 at the Scotch Plains Farwood High School. Proceeds from the con- cert will go towards the Tri-County Club's scholarship fund. The Club will hold its annual spring dance on May 21 at the Plain-field Country Club.
