Shortly after you receive this magazine, our 20th reunion will be underway. Without a doubt, this will be the biggest and best reunion so far. As of the first of May, more classmates and their wives and children had signed up than ever before. It's not too late; make last minute plans and attend!
Your secretary has just returned from the annual Class Officers weekend in Hanover. As usual I had a marvelous time and again was impressed by the many ways in which Dartmouth is fulfilling its educational obligations to American society. The College has grown in a manner of which every alumnus can be extremely proud. Dartmouth is indeed a leader in American education. The Alumni College is but one example; among your classmates who are taking advantage of this opportunity to further enrich their lives are: Dr. Eugene Calvelli, Don Sisson, and Ed Smith, all attending the August program with their wives.
Class Officers attending the weekend were Chairman Stan Newton, Secretary Sam Cutler, Class Agent Eliot Mover, Class Newsletter Editor Gene Wilkin, and Reunion Chairman Joe Michael. At a cocktail party given by Bob Kimball '46, were Jack andSally Gile, Nick and Mary Sandoe, Cliff andBetty Jordan, and Paul and Diane Glover. Another '45 connected with the College is Henry McClintock, Director of Data Processing.

The March issue of "The Sporting Goods Dealer" has a comprehensive article on the Utica Duxback Co. of Utica, N. Y. President of said concern is Gilbert Jones, son of one of the company's founders. To most of you outdoorsmen and to all of you duck hunters the name Duxback will be a familiar one, for this company is a national leader in warm, water repellant, hunting attire. Class Agent Eliot Mover was recently reelected to a second term as president of Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, a national association concerning itself with maintaining high industry standards and conducting public relations and legislative activity for the industry. Eliot's Bunny Bear, Inc. recently celebrated its 45th anniversary and is the oldest manufacturer in the country in this field. 1921 Class Secretary John Hurd reports to me that Joe Harron gave a Dartmouth party aboard the luxury cruise ship, "S.S. Argentina" of the Moore, McCormick Line en route from Buenos Aires to New York. Dick Steiner is president of Steiner American Corp. of Salt Lake City, Utah. Bob Mateer is associated with Motorola Communications and Electronics in Denver, Colo.
And that is that, except that I hope to see each and every one of you at reunion. Between Class and College, there will be events to suit every taste. Don't miss it; make it.
