According to the schedules, Bob and MildredConant are back in Hanover after the winter sojourn in Florida. We have not heard any results of the golf match with Jack Nelson. Further we assume that the Nelsons may have already left the place they call the "Sunshine State."
The Harold McAllisters are supposed to be on the way or already back in the north country. Harold, together with Cap Avery,George Davidson, and Earl Bidwell were enough to cop the gonfalon for attendance at the Palm Beach Alumni meeting. The McAllisters report a wonderful time with General Willson at a cocktail and dinner party.

From the West Coast comes the word that Andy Comstock and Mrs. Priscilla Alden of Santa Ana, Calif., were united in marriage at Santa Ana on Thursday, February 18, 1965. They will be living temporarily at 2006 Ponderosa Street, Santa Ana, until their apartment in the new Laguna Beach development is ready for occupancy.
The ever-moving Bill Towler says he and his Lois will take off about April 9 for Sea Island, Ga., for a vacation at the Cloisters. They expect to be joined by the Barnetts — Joe and Marie.
Dutch Barends is having a bit of a bout with several things of a physical nature which have the big boy down. He is anxious to hear from classmates. Can any of you lads get a minute to write him a little ditty. Dutch and I went to the Alumni Dinner together at the 50th and I have treasured that little social hour a great deal. I never did know him in college, but after that short hour together I think I know him now. Get with the ball point, men.
Ed Sides says, in part: "I had a big checkup in November. Results, good. General health good, but was told I may never get my left leg back to normal. But, I don't quit that easy. So, I keep plugging away and I'm not so sure. These specialists still don't know everything about strokes. Actually, since that re-evaluation therapy I can see some improvement in the flexibility of my left ankle, also improvement in my balance and general. stamina. So who can you believe? Results are all that count, so I keep right at it and say phooey to the experts.
"We took a two-month vacation this summer driving over 3000 miles, stopping with our daughter in Atlanta, Ga., our younger son in Norfolk. Va., and our older son in Fairfield, Conn. Tried to get together with Bill Terry but we just didn't seem to make it. Grandson David is back at Dartmouth for his sophomore year. Dave's brother Tom finally chose Bowdoin and it is sure our loss.
Carl Shumway has announced the engagement of his daughter, Lorna, to Mr. William David Hamilton of Essex, Conn. Lorna attended Colorado Womens College. Mr. Hamilton prepared at Loomis School and graduated from Colby in 1961. A June wedding is being planned.
