A subcommittee of the Trustees' Committee on Buildings and Grounds has been appointed to plan a new undergraduate dormitory
to house approximately 75 students. Trustee F. William Andres '29 of Boston will serve as chairman of the subcommittee composed of faculty, administration, and student representatives. Although the primary purpose in planning a new dormitory is to relieve current overcrowding, the subcommittee will consider summer use of the residence hall as well as incorporating into it certain features that might allow it to serve educational purposes beyond the usual studying and sleeping accommodations.
