A phone call from Bill Page advised that his back was just as strong as ever so he was able to spend all the time necessary to take care of his garden but that his eyes were so bad that he has had to give up his baseball work. However when the umpire calls "Play Ball" Bill will be hanging around home plate, I am sure.

Rolfe Humphries, who was Visiting Professor of Classics at Dartmouth last fall, recently called on Winifred and Ralph Glaze in Cambria and was impressed-with Ralph's remarkable memory, his warm hospitality and his keen sense of humor. Rolfe said he was greatly interested in the scrap book he had kept with many good pictures and accounts of college football and big league baseball games in which he had taken part. He said that both were in good health and were delightful people.
