At Christmas Cap Pierce's son Charles sent me a copy of "Highways To The Heights II," a booklet written by Cap just before his death but did not get printed in time for Christmas 1967. Those of us who received these booklets, which Cap issued every Christmas, will be glad to get this last copy.

Arthur Kelley has made an appointment with me to be in Hanover at the time of our 65 th.

The Class will be sorry to hear that Robert Wallace passed away on December 20. Our sincere sympathy is extended to his wife Maris and his three daughters.

A letter from Hazel Smith says that Watson is a very sick man. The Class hopes that he will have a speedy recovery.

A Christmas card from Hamp Howe stated that he was going to write me a letter giving the news of what he has been doing this winter. Haven't received it yet.

A Christmas letter from Helen Howard says that she will be spending the winter in Trinidad, Tobago, and the Barbados.

Hallie Smith writes that she has to spend

the winter in Burlington because of a fractured hip. Caroline Cushing reports that she had a wonderful visit in Hawaii.

Bob Adriance and Walter Dakin will celebrate their birthdays the middle of February.

I want my classmates and class widows to know that their Christmas messages have been very much appreciated.
