The 1969 Alumni Fund drive is nearing the halfway point and 1909 has a long way to go to meet its quota. Head Agent StanleyW. Leighton has an efficient group of assistants but it is up to each individual as to how the Class does as a unit.

Edwin D. Martin recently returned from his second African Safari to Kenya. In the group were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. P. Harris '42 of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. John G. H. Lotter '50 of Milwaukee, Wis. They report Ed hale and hearty and his picture confirms it.

Walter J. Lane is now receiving his mail at 2300 Girard Trust Bldg., Philadelphia, Pa. 19102.

Thomas A. Fardy is still at a rest home in Taunton, Mass., but receives his mail at his life long address 35 North St., Randolph, Mass. 02368.

Thomas O. and Lucy E. Parker spent the winter in Florida and so escaped the rigors of the past North Country winter. Tom is still actively interested in the National Child Safety Council. Congratulations go to this couple who on June first celebrate their 59th wedding anniversary.

Congratulations also to A. Gordon andGrace Weinz who celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on June third.

The belated sympathy of the Class goes to Mrs. May Carroll, widow of Frederick, on the death of her oldest daughter Ruth which occurred last July.

Next month the 60th reunion of 1909 takes place on June 13-14-15 as the College starts its 200th Anniversary celebration. It is not too late to make the trek to Hanover and join your classmates for these events. Will you be there?
