In getting tickets for the Yale game, it was good that our Class has been out ten years. Would you believe that our priority for tickets was so low that the Class section was at the top of the bleachers at the south end of the field? Three rows further back and Good Old '61 would have been out of the stadium. We wonder where younger classes like '65 or '69 managed to sit, if anywhere. After years of getting seats somewhere along the sidelines, it was a shock to almost not get into the game. However, it is understandable when you think of how many students, professors, administrators and reunion classes had first priority on tickets.

In our small band of classmates perched on top of the bleachers we spotted TomTheodore, Skip Kendall, Eric Foster,Larry Holden, Bill Hutton, Rick Husband and Bob Garrity. Bob probably set the record for coming the greatest distance to see the game. He was up from Houston, Texas where he is Director of Financing and Special Projects for the Gulf Oil Company. From what Bob told us about how great Houston is for a free-wheeling bachelor, we were surprised he could spare time for a trip to Hanover!

After the game, our Class joined the Class of 1960 for a mini-reunion at the D.O.C. House on Occum Pond. Over beer and a good steak dinner, we had a chance to talk with several classmates. Red andMary Lou Facher are living in South Orange, N. J. He is a lawyer with Zucker, Lowenstein, Gurny and Zucker in Newark. She is an accomplished pianist. Imagine how nice it must be to come home tired from the office and be revived by a little Liszt or Mozart.

John Stowell came to the reunion with a charming blonde named Linda. He has started his own business, the Webb River Land Company, in Dixfield, Me. Webb River offers clients a complete service in locating and managing Maine timberland. John invites anyone interested in investing in timberland to call him at 207-562-7882. (He wouldn't give us Linda's number.)

Bill Hutton and his delightful wife Lynda drove up to the game with PeterPalin. The Huttons live at Washington Square in Manhattan. Bill is at the New York University Law School where he directs the Root-Tilden Scholarship Program. Peter, his Wife Lois, and their two daughters, Leslie, 10, and Meredith, 2, live in Avon, Conn. He is responsible for bringing in new pension accounts to the Trust Department of the Hartford National Bank.

In our September column, we invited wives to write and tell us what they and their husbands were doing. We are pleased that Curt Low's wife Marcia, responded by writing to us from Germany. She writes: "Curt followed in his dad's footsteps and entered the Air Force as a Second Lieutenant in October 1961. I was also a Lieutenant and we were both stationed at Hamilton Air Force Base in California. Soon after our marriage in December, 1962 we left for a three year tour in Japan—one year at Itazuke and two years at Tachikawa. After a couple of years in the States we were fortunate to be sent to Wiesbaden, Germany. Curt and I are both Captains assigned to Intelligence. Curt is first vice president of the Wiesbaden American Ski Club with a membership of 800. For three years now we have managed to hit the choice ski spots in Europe. If any of you are in the area, please give us a call (Wiesbaden civilian 370676)."

Congratulations to Bill Sheehan for his appointment to the staff of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., as a member of the Division of Thoracic Diseases and Internal Medicine.

Here's wishing each member of the Class a wonderful Holiday Season!
