Looking back over the lives of those who have been furnishing their life stories indicates that the Class has made a record in the distinguished services to education by Alvin Caiman, Upsala College, Roy Burghardt, Pittsburgh Public Schools, Al Lawton, Vermont Public Schools, Les Leavitt, American College, Beirut, Syria, Russ Leavitt, New Hampshire Department of Education, Oliver Frederiksen, Miami University, Oxford Ohio and Ed Lindman, Canterbury School Connecticut.

Add to the avocations of 1916ers, the reverse painting on glass by Paul Wadleigh and the sumi-e and water color painting by "Beans" Sully.

Earle Williams' daughter Helen McKee is now head of the Music Department and librarian at Rosary Hill College, Amherst, N.Y. Gran and Ruth Fuller's granddaughter Susan is studying to be a nurse at Mary Hitchcock Hospital. This brings the count of grandchildren, on their first time in Hanover, to four.

Thanks to our "private eye" Dick Parkhurst we learn through his reading of an editorial in the Saturday Review that there is an international project called Dartmouth IX. This project is carried on by a group of American and Soviet leaders who meet to discuss and recommend actions that would be to the advantage of both countries. The name Dartmouth was used as the first meeting took place at Dartmouth in the 1950'5.
