Thanks to our "private eye" Dick Parkhurst we learn through his reading of an editorial in the Saturday Review that there is an international project called Dartmouth IX. This project is carried on by a group of American and Soviet leaders who meet to discuss and recommend actions that would be to the advantage of both countries. The name Dartmouth was used as the first meeting took place at Dartmouth in the 1950'5.
