Elliott Donnelley has offered to have a list of address changes printed each year to fit into the 1928 Directory which all members of the Class and widows received in November, 1973. We are preparing the list and you will receive it as soon as possible.

We want to thank Elliott for his generosity in keeping the directory up-to-date and consequently more useful to all of us. All '28ers know it, but our non-'28 readers should be informed that Elliott footed the entire bill for the above- mentioned directory.

Elliott shuttles back and forth between Delray Beach and Chicago. Writing from Delray Beach he said he was having his troubles getting his boat operating and a shop working. "Everything arrives busted or with wrong equipment." he said.

Jack and Cornie Herpel returned home in mid-December from the "closing" of the sale of their house in Nassau and while there decided to have a last fling for a month.

Jack and Fran Kenerson and Bill and BobbyMorton will share a cottage at Tryall Golf and Beach Club in Jamaica January 4-14. They will just miss Bart and Gloria Osborn who will arrive two weeks later. The Osborns have gone to Tryall every year for 14 years but don't stay as long now that they have a house in Palm Beach. Bart is chairman of the board of Economics Laboratory, Inc., in White Plains, N.Y., but is on a commuting routine to Palm Beach. Last summer, after a directors meeting at Lake Como, Bart and Gloria visited the company's plants in Milan and Florence. Sounds like he is having too much fun to quit!

Hank Graupner writes from New York that their daughter Sally is in Aspen, Colo., and says New York is no place to live! Their son Bill is still teaching Math at the Lawrenceville School and coaches wrestling. Hank and Helen spent the summer in Cape May, N.J., and saw WayneVan Orman regularly at the Beach Club.

Jack Barry retired as partner of a Wall Street firm at the end of 1972. Four throat operations during 1972 left him minus one vocal cord but he gets along well on the other one — just pretty hoarse. He has been staying near the doctors but now that things look good, he and Anita plan to go abroad in the spring. They still live in Tenafly, N.J.

Gladys Milton invited Craig and Eleanor Haines and Virginia McNeil to New Haven for cocktails and dinner at her golf club. Virginia is in the real estate business in Pine Orchard, Conn.

On a recent visit to Rochester, N.Y., we called Don McKay and learned that he is "thoroughly retired" after a career with the Pfaudler Co. His and Anita's main hobby is sailing in the summer. Their daughter Jean lives with them and teaches, and son Don works in the clinical lab at New Haven (Conn.) Hospital.

Barney and Grace Nova moved to Scottsdale, Ariz., last July upon Barney's retirement from his law firm in New York City. Barney finds the climate good for his arthritis. Their son Barry '54 lives in Greenwich and is vice president for promotion for U.S. Tobacco and Jimmy '61 lives in Pleasantville, N.Y., and is vice president of Chemco Leasing.

Lane and Betty Dwineil plan to spend the month of February at their condominium in Bradenton, Fla., the ownership of which they share with Eleanor and Vic Borella '30. In the spring, they are planning to go to Eastern Europe for the Board of Foreign Scholarships of which Lane is a member.

The Skinners can never hope to match Madeline McGrath's record 17 grandchildren, but they are happy to announce that their second, Molly (Mary Elizabeth) McDowell was born two weeks ago. Her brother lan is 18 months old. Their father, David McDowell, teaches and is Director of Admissions at the Harley School in Rochester, N.Y.
