The big 25th is only six months in the future as you read this! Don't miss it! The dates are June 17-20, and there are activities planned for the entire family. I recall visiting the Hanover Plain on the occasion of my dad's (an adopted '57, Chet Bixby '23) 25th reunion as a 14-yearold kid, and the memories of a really super weekend are still vivid in my mind. Don't let your kids (or yourself) miss this opportunity.
For those who have attended class reunions in the past, I don't have to remind you what a unique opportunity they are to renew friendships and make new ones in the typically casual Dartmouth atmosphere. For those who have never attended a reunion before, plan on making the biggie. You will not only return home with renewed enthusiasm, but will leave wishing your visit could have been extended. A reunion is not a specific event but rather a diversity of happenings, from the social to the intellectual, and a range of moods, from revelry to reverence.
David Baldus and Jim Cole '6O have collaborated in producing a book published by McGraw-Hill and entitled Statistical Proof ofDiscrimination. Although it may not hit the best seller list, let's hope it has its intended impact.

He recently spoke at the Multi-Housing World Conference in Miami on "Introducing Recycling Into the Typical Marketplace." He spoke on the physical factors related to the recycling of old buildings.
Mike Smith, president of the Dartmouth Printing Company in Hanover, played a key part in assisting a family who escaped from Laos. Through Mike's efforts, the head of the family is gainfully employed at the printing company. The Sithavedy family lives in the town of Lyme, many of whose citizens helped the family relocate and establish a new life in the United States.
