Al Bull recently gave a few lessons to Dale Barker and Paul Rothery on the art of playing shuffleboard. As is their custom, Joanne and Paul Rothery drove from Naples to Lake Worth for their annual get-together reunion dinner.

Duze and Helen Lounsberry are celebrating the arrival of Robert Chamberlain Strong II to their nephew Jonathan Strong '36 and his wife Sonja after sixteen years of marriage. All the people involved at Newton Wellesley hospital had a champagne welcome something never before heard of at the hospital.

A note from Jerry Shaw advises he broke his hip in December and has been in the hospital and nursing home, returning to his home in Milton early in March. He is still on crutches but is taking physical therapy at home a slow process, but effective. Chink Chamberlain told Dale he was making progress and his back was much better.

George Ingalls had a pleasant visit with Peggy Hill in her new home in Boulder, Colo. Incidentally, Peggy celebrated her 90th birthday on March 19. Belatedly, many happy returns.

Ruth Crance is down in Atlanta with daughter Pat, where we hope she is enjoying the magnolia blossoms and mild spring weather. She will be back in Hanover some time next month.

Elvie O'Hara and daughter Mary plan a trip to Bermuda early in April. Know she will enjoy the warm weather and sunshine after a very rugged New Hampshire winter. Your notes are still needed for news in this column and "The Frontiersman."
