Orozco Symposium

An international symposium, Friday, October 12 through Saturday, October 13, will be the crowning event of the College's year-long celebration of the completion of Jose Clemente Orozco's Dartmouth mural 50 years ago. Participants include Mexican and American art historians who will focus on Orozco and his work, as well as cultural critics and historians of the period. The symposium is sponsored by the Dickey Endowment, and is being organized in conjunction with the Departments of History, Art History, Spanish, and the Hood Museum of Art. Alumni and others are cordially invited to attend.
