A change of venue this time. Palm trees, surf pounding outside our cabin, gentle breezes, sand in the bed. We're on vacation, and it's time for my last class column.
The big news is about the reunion, and the changes in our class that have passed through these pages monthly for the past five years. The family news has gradually shifted from marriage news to kid news. Fewer letters about people moving. The job titles and descriptions are indications of success and accomplishment. Some of us have passed on. It has been 14 years since we stood before the library and participated in that singular rite of passage. At that moment we were all together, all at the same point in our lives, and all pointed in different directions. Now we are 14 years down the trail, and the reunion gave us an opportunity to see how we all have changed and how we have remained the same. It was a lot of fun, and I hope you were able to come. More details will be provided by your new secretary in the September issue.
