Live at the Hop

Sometime in the near future perhaps as early as next fall Vermont Public Radio will begin broadcasts from a studio in the Hopkins Center. The Hopkins Center will upgrade a sound booth in Spaulding Auditorium with equipment so that it can produce broadcast quality tapes. For its part, WVPR will rent space in the Hop near Alumni Hall and build a small studio, control room and office. The new studio and production facilities will allow WVPR to interview prominent campus visitors as well as broadcast speeches and musical events.
