Greetings. It's always a pleasure to start off with announcements of the birth of baby Greeners. John Floberg recently wrote as follows: "My wife, Marti, and I are thrilled to announce the birth of identical twin daughters, Kathleen and Teresa, now three months old. They join our other two. children, Jack and Mary. Besides children, the other main project of the last several years has been the completion of the formal phase of my medical education. I will be joining a group practice in neurology in Minneapolis this coming summer." Marti and John, congratulations to you both.

With equal enthusiasm it's a pleasure to congratulate Richard Smith on the publication of his detective novel A Secret Singing. Richard graduated from Boston University Law School after Dartmouth. Currently living in Bangor, Maine, he has taken a leave of absence from his Boston law firm to write a sequel. A Secret Singing is being published by the New American Library and should be at your local bookstore.

Finally, Stuart Pechter sent news that John Lattimer is returning to Hawaii where he will pursue his urology practice.

That's it for now. See you next month and in the meantime, remember the Alumni Fund.
