Greetings from Atlanta! Once again I hit the phones in search of news. I found Mark McCubbin at home in Oklahoma City, with his wife, Marta, and two kids, Sarah, 2, and Allison, 6 months. Mark is working in his family's hosiery distribution business. While there are not many '78s in Oklahoma City, Mark does stay in touch with Mark Spradling and his wife, LizdeMurga, in Houston. Mark recently made partner at the law firm of Vinson & Elkins, while Liz is enjoying her work in the investment department of American General Insurance. Liz and Mark stay busy with two children, Elizabeth, 3 1/2 and John William, a recent addition last August. I called Liz, who reported that Maggie Fellner is enjoying Los Angeles ana her new daughter, Lindsey. Liz also passed on news of AnnHoover, who is living in San Francisco and working in a clinic for women with highrisk pregnancies. Liz and Mark recently attended Alan Wohlstetter's wedding. He and his wife, Melinda, are now living in Philadelphia, where he is working in the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll.

I also called David Goldmeier, who is working as a psychiatrist in St. Louis. David has a son, Jeremy, 3, and is expecting a girl (to be named Rachel) in April. David's wife, Laura, is also a doctor, specializing in obstetrics, so I am sure she will have excellent care throughout her pregnancy. David also reported on the October wedding of AnneBarschall, former class secretary. Anne is practicing law and she and her husband are living in New Jersey.

David reported that Mark Graber is a law professor at the University of Texas in Austin. Mark's interests are in philosophy and law, and he teaches a course on the philosophy of law. Mark is also interested in family life and he and his wife have two girls. David also reported on Jeff Weeks, who is a math professor at Ithaca College. Jeff is enjoying his work and his son Adam.

I also called Christine Hughes in Cambridge. Christine continues to enjoy her work as counsel to Harvard University. She also had an enjoyable summer, working with friends to restore a wooden sailboat and race it. I have to report that I had the pleasure of attending the Dartmouth vs. Davidson football game in Charlotte, N.C., in October. This was the first time that Dartmouth had played football in North Carolina, and President Freedman came down for the occasion. It was great to see Dartmouth win, with an enthusiastic crowd of over 300 alumni in attendance.

Well, that's the news! Send more!
