Nothing much has happened since our 65th Reunion, but we have more vignettes of that occasion "than our word limit will accommodate. We shall comment on those who came back but have not been frequent visitors in recent years. Among them were former Trustee of the College Bill Buchanan and his wife, Jo, who now divide their time between Wisconsin and Florida. Neither of them look even remotely octogenarian. As a matter of fact, examination of the two class photos which were taken one with the ladies and one without shows that we have weathered the years very well indeed. I am now beginning to doubt the truth of the line about this being our "last hurrah." All the people I saw looked to be in such shape that another five years shouldn't faze them a bit.
As to the question of who traveled the greatest distance, I think Jerry Sutten wins, but not by the margin he would have if he had not retired from his long career working in South Africa to settle in California. The prize for the most spectacular hirsute adornment clearly goes to Hookey Hagenbuckle. When it comes to least hair, ChineeAllen has a lot of close competition and I refuse to make a ruling. It was a particular pleasure to see Sid Fish and his wife, Anneliese. Sid had been considerate enough to write a letter to the secretary praising the position taken by him in a previous column.
