You should all have received by now your updated Class Directory. You can thank ChinceAllen not only for the computation, but also for the scut work in checking, stuffing, and mailing. You should also thank him for retrieving two classmates who were missing from the 1984 Directory. When that went to press, nobody seemed to have an address for either Dr. Morris Fiterman, now still in Philadelphia, or for Marcellus NewellJoslyn, who now lives in Las Vegas. Many others would appreciate hearing from or about Morris and Mar. There were 182 classmates listed in the 1984 Directory and there are 108 in the 1990 edition. My records show 74 deaths in the period, so Chince and I are in balance. According to our 40-Year Class History, our official class size, counting a few transfers, shows we started out with 647, which gives us a 15 percent survival rate. I assume that we are now all past the dangerous age and we can expect no more losses prior to our 70th Reunion four years hence.

We had a great delegation at Class Officers Weekend, with 1927 the only class in the twenties exceeding our delegation in numbers attending. Obviously no class exceeded it in quality.

Last minute letter from Jim Wheaton received. Word limit prevents summary. More from Robin or from me later.
