A short column this month—no one sending news. Newspapers report that Tom Zitredes, president of Bioscience Inc. in Bethlehem, Pa., was elected president of the Applied Bio Treatment Association, Washington, D.C. James Marx reports that he continues his venture capital and charitable activities, and his son Bradley will be entering the class of 1995.

I attended the Dartmouth Lawyers Association meeting in Hanover, where I met classmate Ron Schram. Ron, a partner in Ropes and Gray and an expert in hospital and health law, spoke on recent hospital and health law issues. Ron was recently elected vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of the College, and he is upbeat about the College's future, including the upcoming capital campaign.
