14 I've seen no news of 1914 for some time. Alas, I'm afraid my husband, Lester K. Little, and many of his classmates are no longer with us, but here is a bit of news from a widow. I just returned from my fifth trip to South Africa, where I visited my daughter and her family. Whatmade this journey different from the others was that I traveled alone on South African Airways from New York to Johannesburg. My seat companion for the 18 hours on the trip over was none other than Mangusuthu Buthelezi, chief of the Zulus. On my return trip, I sat next to Mr. J. de Villiers, South African Minister of Agriculture.

Even at 88 life can still prove to be very exciting! I might add, both gentlemen were charming companions.
