From Hope Frey, carrying on so valiantly in Al's place las treasurer, come some notes sent to her with class dues. Ralph Roberts writes from Pasadena that "life slows down after 90," but that he keeps his interest in world news—"the greatest time in modern history." Sig Sigler sends his usual upbeat note from Largo. Margaret Corbin reports that Frank, recovering from a minor stroke, "sends greetings to classmates—as do the Vails." Silvia (Mrs. Dudley) Page promises to try to send news during the comingyear. Harriet Hight, widow of Erwin Miller, has had an exciting year: "graduations of four grandchildren and a December wedding coming up," among other events.

In answer to my inquiry earlier about surviving class canes, Emilie (Mrs. Alton) Palmer writes: "I have Al's cane and cherish it." She also has his "mem" book with football pictures, programs, etc. It would be so good to hear from others who have 1920 memorabilia! Another faithful 1920 survivor has left us. We must report Leo Ungar's passing.
