Nothing long-winded about Joe Falcon. Joe: "No real news, although my eyes aren't good, otherwise health OK." Chinee Allen reports on the state of Hanover winter as of February 11: "No snow— but very cold and much ice on roads." There is nothing wrong with the Aliens except "aches and pains." A letter from Sid Fish says, "I get nostalgia very easily these days." Sid suggests that some members of our class have been unsung over-achievers. His illustration is the fact that the late Herb Marks, son of the music publisher, brought back from his honeymoon the melody which subsequently became a long-time hit after Herb found a lyricist to put words to the tune. Who remembers "The Peanut Vendor" and the Latin rhythms which became popular in its wake?
