1988

It seems that since our Fifth Reunion our class has been keeping in much closer touch. I have heard from and contacted more Dartmouth '88s than ever before (of course, my search for class news has probably contributed to this phenomenon).

At any rate, I have news from '88s on both coasts. Here in the East, our classmates are wedding. Traci Byrne and Scott Gentry were married in May and are now living in Norwood, Mass. Traci is working for Reebok, and Scott is working for Baybank. In attendance at the wedding were a large group of '88s, including Julia Bradley, Paul Scheible,Laura Sweeney, Dale Shidla, Dan O'Connor,Steve Hedlund, and Kim Fasolo.

Julie Clyma was married in june to James Sanders. Julie is keeping herself busy teaching algebra and coaching soccer, basketball, and lacrosse in Virginia. Her husband is in the navy, and the newlyweds will be moving to California, where james is stationed. Dartmouth '88s in attendance were Liz Lazlo, who is "still in the political scene"; Townley Slack, who is finishing her master's in education at UVA; Bridget (Mahoney) Jenkins, KatePerle, and Jenny MacLeod.

Also in the Virginia area, Jay Sotos is finishing his M.B .A. at UVA.

Dartmouth '88s are assuming responsibility in the Dartmouth Alumni Association of New York City. Congratulations to BrianCorcoran, who is now DAANYC's chair of community service. And Congrats to JohnOsborn, who will continue as DAANYC's district enrollment director.

News from the West Coast is rolling in as well. Jen Taylor was married in May to B. Scott Douglass. In attendance were CheriseGlick, Leah Wheelan, Sandra Colley, BethBurnside, Robin Kass, Tory (Woodin)Charey, Dan Estabrook, and Dave Downie. Jen is in law school at the University of San Francisco, and she owns her own jazzercise franchise!

Julia Bradley is working for Symantec doing software marketing for the Macintosh. She is living in Manhattan Beach, Calif. DaleShidla is working for Hewlett Packard in Sacramento. Kristi Springer is lawyering in L.A. Kristi just got engaged to Rob Perrin '90. And Ann Jackxnan is moving to Los Angeles to pursue her film career after spending two years in London studying film.
