Many still are savoring the memory of the 40th as our finest ever. While that feeling is fresh, it is time to get on the record those from this great class who were able to make it. Things began with the Saturday arrival of the Moosilauke climbers, dancers, and campers in response to the Marion and Put Blodgett's "call back to the wild." That group included Elton and Dona Clark, Ed Knapp, John and Lori Wortley, Jim and Mary-Bern Decker, Russ and Margie Cook, Dick and Audrey Loewenthal, Dick Beatty, Fred Chase, your scribe and Beverly, Dick Blum, Ron and Liliane Lazar, Tom and Isabel Dewey, Forest and Alice Anderson, Tom and Joyce Trager, Skip Adams, Fred and Valerie England, Dick and Ruth Hooke, Chuck and Donna Reilly, Harlan and Anne Fair, Ralph and Anne Heins, Gus and Mabel Allen, Gabby and Nancy Gabianelli, Bill and Janie Gilges (who will host next year's mini reunion at Creste Butte), Chad and Christine Day plus Amira and Carson, Ross and Jean Mclntyre, Bob andMargo Derzon, Dave and Janet Folger and Luin (that's right, a new daughter—with new wifeat 62), and Jim Stuebner and family—mountain guys and gals all.

Starting Monday afternoon at the tent, the crowd really thickened (which is why I suppose we were trying to lower our blood viscosity with nectar a la Fleming).
