It will be exciting to return to Hanover for our 30 th Reunion next year. We can all roam the campus to see familiar sites such as Hopkins Center, Dartmouth Hall, and Baker Library as well as our old dorms and fraternity houses. One place we will all want to visit is Webster Hall, being renovated for an exciting collection of valuable papers and portraits. As you know, the class of 1965 has pledged to be a major supporter of the $10-million renovation of Webster. SteveWaterhouse, Rick Davey, Don Boardman, and others are working on the details for this class project. Now is the time to plan to be in Hanover in June of 1995—only 15 months away—for our grand 30 th Reunion.

The mini-reunion, which we hold in Hanover every October, was another huge success this year, highlighted by a spectacular come-from-behind victory over Harvard on the football field. The reunion was over Halloween weekend, so several classmates escaped from reality by donning costumes. Bob andSharon Blake were there, as were Carl andMimi Boe, Rich and Wendy Finnerty, Boband French McConnaughy, Dick andCheryl Miller, and Allen and Judy Zern. Some of the revelers dressed up as Coneheads and clowns. There was a gorilla, an Arab, a witch, Dracula, Goofy, and assorted monsters. Can you guess which classmates would wear costumes?

Others in attendance were Dick and BetsyBernstein, Jim and Ruth Mark worth, Steve and Linda Waterhouse, Art and NancyRainey, and Dick and Shirley Reese. Everyone enjoyed the pre-game cookout on Saturday hosted by Jim and Debbie Griffiths. Most came to the cookout dressed as football fans, but several wished they had dressed as Eskimos for the g-g-g-game. Remember, Hanover can get ch-ch-chilly.

The list of classmates attending included Andy Loomis, John Rogers, Brian Walsh,Larry Duffy, and Stu Lieber. If you had been there, you could have chatted with Mike andEllen Bettinann, Mike and Jeannine Orr,Tom and Jane Hanson, David and LouiseBush, as well as Roger and Nancy Hansen. After the game, the groups scattered to shop and tour, but most ended up back at Pierce's Inn to thaw out by the fire.

More classmates arrived, including Dickand Jane Bordeau, Frank and Pat Hankins,Tom and Jane Meacham, Dick andCheryl Miller, Bill and Sue Webster, and Paul and Cynthia Pringle. They all were able to laugh, sing, and reminisce until the wee hours, happy that so many classmates were able to make it. The class also invited 13 guests, legacy students who attend Dartmouth now. Several others made cameo appearances on campus: Rick Mahoney,Rich Tabors, Bob Zieman, etc.

We all know that mini-reunions are grand when there are many people in attendance. The recent mini was enjoyable for the 77-plus crowd. Our 25th Reunion back in 1990 was better because so many were present. Now is the time to plan to be at the 1994 minireunion in October, and the super-spectacular 30th Reunion in June of 1995. Now that we are almost all past our 50th birthdays, we have to remember to DO IT NOW. We may be too rickety to enjoy it if we "wait 'til next year." Get in touch with two or three class- mates you would like to see at a reunion, cajole them into coming, make your plans early, and we will all meet in Hanover. See you there! In the meantime, be good to your- self and those you love.
