From Old Lyme, Conn., where Bo and Ginna Wentworth hold forth in summertime, and the living is easy, Bo reports about the Naples, Fla., contingent. "Bill Allyn, Jack Witcomb, and Joe Byram are alive and well, as are their wives. Bill, who lost his lovely wife, Sunny, last year is now happily married to her sister Mignone, who is also very charming." Bo missed seeing Don and Ellie Marcus because Don's pneumonia hospitalized him for almost a month. He's all right now, Bo says.
Jack Elliot of Mercer Island, Wash., gave us the sad news that his wife, Ellen, passed away in February after living with cancer for seven years. Jack urges all who can to support the cancer societies. In June he met with freshman roommate Al Zinggeler, who is well and living in Venice, Fla., and Wisconsin Rapids, Wise.
