A phone call from NatMorey, Bloomington, Ind., atoned for his failing to meet your secretary on a recent visit to the Mayo Clinic with his family. Nat can no longer play the piano due to arthritis in his hands, but sounded cheerfal and upbeat.
A nice letter from Ruth Paddock, in response to several photos of the Paddocks at our 1989 fall reunion in Hanover, brought news of her activities since Charlie's death. She spends one day a week with her four-year-old granddaughter. She just returned from an Elderhostel trip to Padua and Venice, Italy, and continues as a docent at the Art Museum at Wellesley. Ruth recently called her neighbor, Betty Hannah, who is recovering from the loss of Paul.
