In the winter 1994-95 issue of Dartmouth Medicine, DMS class of 1932 secretary Art Ecker reported news from classmates Henry Almond, BobFraser, Al McLean, and Monty Montgomery. Likewise Joe Roberts '32, secretary of DMS classof 1933 (and his undergradclass too), reported news from Lew Taylor. All were alive and kicking, though your secretary hasn't heard from some of them in years.

The show these days on Capitol Hill in the House and Senate, courtesy of C-Span, has reinforced my optimism in the well-being of our country in the next century. Consequently I shall make every effort to stay around for the action through 2002 A.D. at least until the man in the bright nightgown comes for me, as W. C. Fields put it. Mighty interesting times lie ahead with that holy terror in the House speaker's seat.
