I was shocked and saddened to learn, from the October Thirtyteer, of the death of Stan "Pete" Davis, whom I had always thought to be one of the healthiest of our aging tribe. He will be remembered as one of the most devoted members of 1930 and one of the most generous to both class and College. I'll also remember that he and Lib honored Green Valley with a visit two years ago, and that they were regulars in the Bema Lunch Bunch during our fall reunions. I offer sympathy and condolences to Lib, who will always be one of our regulars.

We send sympathy to our top Florida correspondent, Bob Chittim, who recently put his wife, Marge, into a nursing home with Alzheimer's disease.

And best wishes to a certain indomitable but unidentified class treasurer, who, according to rumors afloat in Massachusetts, has secretly acquired a new joint. I've just had a chat with BlancheMclnnes, who reports little change in Milt's condition since I talked with her a month ago (October). He is confined to a wheelchair. What a fortunate move they made last spring to their present quarters, with medical facilities at hand—a move they made at that time because of Blanche's stroke. Happily, Blanche is now feeling fine. To my list of Easterners who attended reunions at Ojai, Calif., ChuckJacobs adds Kirt Meyer, and I can add Shaw and Vivian Cole. Any others?
